2. Our Services & Tools

We offer several different types of tools, and different rules apply to them:

• Free Financial Calculators: Tools like our Inflation Calculator or Lot Size Calculator are free to use. They use math and historical data to give you information, but they are not financial advice.
• Premium Automated EAs: Products like the Aegis Grid Algo or BTC Auto-Invest are paid software. When you buy them, you are buying a software license to run them on your own trading accounts.
• Custom Algo Development: If you hire us to build a custom trading bot for you, the pricing, timeline, and delivery will be agreed upon in a private quote before we start working.

3. Software Licensing (The Rules)

When you purchase one of our Premium EAs, you are not buying the rights to own the software entirely. You are buying a personal license to use it.

• Your license is tied specifically to your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account number.
• You cannot share, sell, copy, or give the software to anyone else.
• If we find out that our software has been copied or shared without permission, we will immediately cancel your license without a refund, and we may take legal action.

4. Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Because our trading algorithms are digital software, all sales are final. Once you purchase the software and download it or receive access, we cannot offer a refund. Please make sure you fully understand what the software does before you buy it.

5. Trading Partners (Rebate Program)

We offer a Trading Partners program where users can earn a rebate (like 20% cashback) by signing up with specific brokerages through our links.

• We rely entirely on the broker to confirm your account and calculate the rebates.
• If the broker fails to track your account, or if they change their rules, we are not responsible for any lost rebates.
• We reserve the right to change or stop the rebate program at any time.

6. We Are Not Financial Advisors

BCB Elevate is a software company, not a financial advisor. Nothing on our website, in our calculators, or programmed into our trading bots is financial advice. You are 100% responsible for your own money. If you turn on an automated trading bot, you are responsible for any money it makes or loses.

7. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances will BCB Elevate, our team, or our owners be held legally responsible for any money you lose while trading. We are also not responsible if our website goes down, if there is a bug in the software, or if your broker's platform stops working.

8. Changes to These Rules

We might update these Terms of Service in the future as we add new tools or features. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website after we change the rules, it means you accept the new rules.
